Our Current Class Timetable

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is an explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods. Typically you work at near maximal effort for 20 seconds, rest for 15 seconds and repeat.

The exercises in each HIIT class will vary with each coach. Research has shown that HIIT regimes produced significant reductions in fat. This is one of our most popular classes.

Muscle Mix

Muscle Mix is a 45 minute low intensity, strength, endurance and cardio training class that combines the various exercises and training methods we use in Metcon, HITT, Endurance and Strength. No class is the same. We provide adaptions for all abilities. This class provides a full body workout while “toning” muscles and strengthening your core. This class is open to all levels of strength and ability.

Metcon

Short for metabolic conditioning, metcon describes a type of workout that most commonly combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises.

During a 30 minute metcon class, you moderately to intensely exert yourself for a specific amount of time. We use a mixture of body weight and weighted moves.  This type of workout helps increase and optimize your body’s energy output.

Varying your training, such as by incorporating metcon workouts, can help improve your overall fitness level and helps your body become more efficient at using energy during a variety of activities.
