Marie has been active throughout her life, climbing hills, running half marathons and taking on cycling challenges including a ride from Geneva to Nice.
She’s a passionate advocate of improving nutrition, having seen the changes it has brought to her on her road. And she is a strong believer that strength training is a key part of development.
“I especially want to help women over 40. It’s not about being the fittest person in the world, but building muscle as you get older makes an incredible difference.”

David Johnstone
Started training in 2020 after some health issues. Combined with good nutrition and a determination to improve my overall health, I lost 36 kilos and improved my metabolic body age 30 years!
Having a great personal trainer helped me achieve my goals, but now it’s my responsibility to continue that work.
In 2024 I decided to get my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification so I can help people achieve their goals and aspirations and give back all I have learned, and I love it. My future goal is to maintain my fitness level through exercise and nutrition for many more years. To continue running classes in the gym keeping people moving forward with their fitness goals, whilst making it as much fun as possible.
